1. Wash the apple and cut it into 4 pieces, remove the core (no need to peel).
2. Cut the apple into very thin slices (as thin as possible).
3. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice to 250 grams of water and mix well. Soak the cut apple slices in the water for 15 minutes.
4. Arrange the apple slices neatly on the baking sheet or baking grid. (If using a baking pan, lay a layer of oil cloth or thick oil paper to prevent sticking). Generally, the slices cut from one apple can fill at least 2 baking sheets.
5. Preheat the oven to 100°C and put the baking tray or baking grid into the oven. You can put two trays in at a time and place them on different levels. Close the oven door and bake for about 2 hours, until the moisture in the apple slices is completely dry.
6. After baking and cooling, the apple slices will become crispy. Remove them from the baking sheet or grill. If not eaten immediately, please store them in a sealed box.
